Project Description

This project entails building a bridge that links a “farm to table” restaurant with an agroecological school, fostering sustainability and educating on agroecological cultivation. The bridge streamlines the integration of sustainable farming practices, directly supplying fresh produce from the field to the restaurant table, reinforcing the link between production and conscious consumption.
