Project Description
Retirement Village in Ho Chi Minh City emerges as a peaceful green oasis in the heart of the bustling city.
The Retirement Village consists of clusters of houses that combine the familiarity of townhouses or apartment buildings with the tranquility of small – pretty – tranquility houses in the countryside. The clusters of houses are nestled among lush gardens and connected by small walking paths.
Retirement Village in Ho Chi Minh City is not only a place to rest and recuperate, but also creates a dynamic community of the elderly.
With a system of modern facilities such as Healthcare facility, Rehabilitation center, Restaurants, Swimming pool… elderly residents here are always taken care of comprehensively in terms of physical and mental health.
The architecture of the Retirement Village in Ho Chi Minh City is modeled after the indigenous architecture of Vietnam to ensure suitability with the local climate and culture.
This is a harmonious combination of a vertical wooden sunshade system with green trees on the facade, along with a tiled roof system extending to form a porch – an interesting buffer space with green planters between the outdoor and indoor environments.
In addition to the arrangement of housing clusters, the development of a system of public living spaces is one of the notable points of Retirement Village in Ho Chi Minh City. To create an effective healthy outdoor environment for the elderly, Retirement Village in Ho Chi Minh City offers various spaces such as central gardens combining vegetable patches, walkways connecting housing clusters, riverside paths…
