Metamorphism

The final degree project aims to establish a bridge between the humanization and the transformation of the project, thus, the project resolves the dematerialization of the architectural project to adapt. adapt and change shape in the face of the problems present at the time. The project implies a project line that is manipulable and can be studied in detail in each of its periods, but also as a complete unit.

METAMORPHISM is the conjugation of Metamorphosis and polymorphism.Metamorphosis 1915-Franz Kafka, literary work that was implemented in the project, in relation to man to the treatment of an authoritarian and bureaucratic society, where the different individual is isolated and misunderstood before a machinery causing its shapeshift into a cockroach.

In science discontinuous polymorphism is the adaptation that the human body has to the environment, this has the power of environmental adaptability and the agents are the main precursors of shape change.
This project
will solve the need for a cultural center designed to meet social needs, intervening from technology as a key point of what can transform a society from the knowledge of science and culture.
The title of the project as a bias of the final project is in the sense of nature, the adaptation that we have towards the environment, the ability of the individual to mutate and also survive as living beings. What characteristics do we have that make us adapt? What is our structure? What agents change us?
These questions were the ones that made me think about how a building can have a certain relationship with nature, how architecture can be linked to science. The human body, its physiognomy and architecture, its structure, also think about the senses of touch, hearing and vision, so when projecting the space that must be inhabited we take these aspects into account, it would determine the place where to inhabit consciously over the hard material that alters the vacuum, or the vacuum altering the space. How to inhabit it or how to inhabit?
That being said, how a building would mutate in the 21st century, the main agent of change is the climate, for this reason the system in general will undergo its metamorphosis, this is the circle of life, surviving and living.
